HOW TO for Frozen Sourdough Pizza Dough

Each container holds enough dough for a single 8-inch pizza.

  1. Thaw on the counter or (preferably) in the fridge overnight.

  2. Preheat your oven to 500°F with your cast iron or pizza stone inside.

  3. Roll out the dough, add your toppings, and bake at 425°F for 18–25 minutes (oven times may vary).
